Kevin Johnson has been helping his clients navigate the Greater Houston Real Estate Market for 12+ years, helping over 400 satisfied clients. In his early years, Kevin started out as a buyer’s agent on a successful team. He quickly added listings and started working with investors as well. In January of 2017, Kevin went out on his own and formed KJ Realty Group. From 2017-2022 Kevin served his clients through KJ Realty Group under a couple different brokerages. Finally in early 2023 Kevin took the next step to open his own brokerage, Factor 8 Realty. The real estate landscape has changed a bit over the past 3 years. But the same commitment to excellence that has driven Kevin from the beginning is still the backbone of everything he does. “I am very proud of what we are building and the success we have had. On the personal side, Kevin is a proud husband and father of 7 awesome kids, is the Board Chairman of TX FCA Motocross, on the board of Team Faith Racing ministries, and co-owns 3 Smoothie King Locations.
Prior to Real Estate Kevin raced motocross and did freestyle motocross professionally for 11 years. He competed across the USA, Canada, Europe, Central America and loved every minute of it. Kevin is the 2008 X Games Gold Medalist in the FMX Speed and Style event.
